A 60-minute online class that blends the energizing rhythm of Vinyasa with the grounding stillness of Yin. This class is designed to help you move with intention, build gentle strength, and then fully soften into deep rest and release.
Come as you are and make yourself comfortable, and create a space that feels nourishing for you. You’re invited to have coffee, tea, or water nearby and set up your practice with supportive props like a blanket, bolster (a large pillow works too!), and blocks.
This is your time to move, breathe, and unwind, finding balance between effort and ease from the comfort of your own home.
