A gentle 60-minute online practice designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. This class blends restorative yoga, mindful movement, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to support deep relaxation and balance at the end of your week.
Give yourself permission to truly arrive. Create a cozy space where you can soften—light a candle if you’d like, have water nearby, and gather supportive props such as a blanket, bolster (a large pillow works beautifully), and blocks to fully support your body.
This is your Sunday reset: a space to release the week, return to your breath, and restore both body and mind so you can begin again with clarity and ease.
